We are committed to the highest quality standards not only in all of our consultancy assignments but in our relationships with past, current and prospective clients and our suppliers.

ISO 9001:2000

We have an established quality system for which we have gained ISO 9001 : 2000 Certification and held this since 1993. The system ensures service provision conforming to the following standards:

Use of experienced and qualified consultant staff
Clear definition of consultant and other staff responsibilities
Comprehensive and controlled documentation
Performance measurement and monitoring against a project plan
Regular auditing and reviews of progress with the client
Training of staff in techniques and processes as required
Use of appropriate statistical techniques to meet objectives

Our quality system also ensures procedures conform to relevant Health and Safety legislation and to all employment legislation. The quality procedures ensure comprehensive induction training in all aspects of quality for all staff.

We recognise and accept our responsibilities to Data Protection legislation and to ensure that all client personal data in both hard and soft copy is safeguarded by the use of appropriate security systems and processes.

Investors in People
We gained recognition as an Investor in People and have held it continuously since January 1998. This means that all our staff undertake training and development initiatives to meet individual objectives for delivery of client service. Consultants are pursuing continuous development to meet the requirements of their professional institutions.

Our policy statement makes commitment to taking measures relevant to our business which help to preserve natural resources and prevent environmental pollution. It also recognises the importance of the current informational environmental management standard BS EN ISO 14001 (1996).
