Competencies are the underlying behavioural characteristics associated with high performance in any organisation.  Therefore they provide a sound and robust framework for employee selection, assessing performance, identifying training and development needs and career and succession planning.

Using our research based approach we can identify the core competencies required for higher performance in a role, and associated behavioural indicators.  Working with an internal project team, competency levels can be incorporated into a competency framework for subsequent use in role profiling.

These role profiles provide a template against which employees skills and capabilities can be assessed both for the degree of role fit and for job performance.
