We can advise you on both the level and structure of Directors’ remuneration packages.  Market comparisons can be made on a basic salary and total cash basis together with market practice for incentive bonuses, share schemes and key benefits.

In addition we can advise on the design of both cash and share based incentive plans with particular regard to the selection of appropriate performance measures and targets.  We ensure that these are both motivational for the individuals concerned and aligned with shareholder interests.

We attend Remuneration Committee meetings to advise members on remuneration packages being proposed.
