Getting to know what makes an individual tick can be vital when making hiring or promotion decisions.  Psychometric instruments are proven to give insight into an individual’s suitability for a role.  They can be used to support other recruitment and development tools such as competency based interviews to increase your chances of making the right decision.

We are licensed to use a wide range of ability and personality tests including for example 16PF5, Emotions and Behaviours at Work, FIRO-B, General Ability Test Battery, Graduate and Managerial Assessment Battery, Hogan Assessments, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ 32), Strengthscope, Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal and WAVE to support our clients' selection and development processes.

Depending on our clients’ requirements we can provide these tests either on-line or using paper and pencil.

We provide clear and precise reports summarising on individual’s strengths and areas for development together with identifying areas for further investigation.  In addition we can provide feedback to individuals either face to face or on the telephone.
