Grading and Pay Structure Design
Following a job evaluation assignment we frequently work with our clients to take the results and design an appropriate grading and pay structure. In designing the pay structure we will use the Anne Shaw Consultants Compiled Remuneration Database and provide pay structure options for consideration. We will model the implementation costs of each pay structure option and set out their relative advantages and disadvantages
